never received
ordered the jacket and it was never sent to UPS .Macys refunded it, but it was very disappointing since my wife was looking forward to it as her birthday present

It took forever to come it was cheap material and very tiny size and short. Not worth it so many other items of quality of there

Don't even bother ordering. You'll never receive. Purchased twice. First order was canceled by Furniq. Second order never arrived. Just kept pushing delivery date further out. Macy's should take a deep dive into Furniq UK.
Order never was shipped!
I ordered this jacket and I am still waiting on my order. Has anyone actually received the jacket? I keep seeing people who did not received their order. Macys this is not a good look if you are dealing with an inefficient or incompetent business. Doesn't something smell fishy to corporate?

Macys you should not be dealing with this 3rd party… You order merchandise and it never arrives…I have read many horrible reviews regarding “Furniq UK”… you will end trying to get your money back!!!!

Shipped but canceled
I didn’t read the other reviews before I placed the order but after I placed the order, I received an email indicating that the item was shipped via UPS but there was no movement with the order. It seemed like the label shipping was created but never picked up by UPS. Then I received an email from them saying that something happened to the package between them shipping it and UPS picking it up and if there is no movement they will ship me another one without a cost to me. But then I read the reviews and realized that it’s a common issue with this company so I sent them an email and told them to cancel the order and refund me. And they did it. I was excited to receive it but I guess it was not meant to be.
