We ordered this sofa in the store and was told it did not come in fabric. We returned home went online and saw the sofa was available in fabric. We returned to the store had to cancel the purchase and reordered the sofa and love seat in fabric, causing us to lose the 36 mo financing. We were told to call customer service the next day to get the financing corrected. We called cancelled and reordered a THIRD time! Prior to delivery, we received 2 email and 3 text messages CONFIRMING delivery. My husband and I took time off work for the delivery. The truck arrived and the furniture was not on the truck. Driver advised us to call customer service! They were unable to locate the furniture and arranged delivery for 1 WEEK LATER! After being on the phone with customer service for 58 minutes and not being able to talk to a manager, they hung up on us. When furniture was delivered there was a rip in the furniture. We now have a THIRD day set up for delivery to exchange the damaged sofa!
Nice lounger.
Lots of good features. Adjustable head rests and foot extension were the icing on the cake.
Excellent Loveseat
Love the love seat. Very comfortable and nice looking. Great quality.
Lights won’t turn off.
We only had the recliner for a week and now the lights underneath the left side won’t turn off. I looked underneath the chair and noticed the wiring was held onto the frame with cheap twist ties like they use on loafs of bread.
Stopped working
Got it in March and it's now December and 8 months after purchase the couch no longer reclines and I can't get a hold of ANYONE that doesn't just tell me to call another number who then tells me to dial someone else. What a nightmare!

a great piece of furniture
The furniture seems very well-made. It’s extremely comfortable. It has lots of storage both in the center console and in the armrests. It also has charging port at both ends and in the center console l. It has a multitude of drink holders. We’re very satisfied with our purchase at this time.
Very Comfortable Loveseat
This loveseat is the most comfortable we've ever purchased. For the sale price, we highly recommend it. The Dove fabric is a pretty grey tweed like color this is very neutral. The power zero gravity recline has many positions. All in all, this is great loveseat!
