Received item and it was defective. It did not turn off as indicated which could cause a fire hazard. Additionally was missing the water measure in the box.

Soft Boiled Eggs
4 min for soft boiled eggs makes yoke firm. We like the white firm and the yoke soft. I am going to try 3 min. Love the ability to soft boil 4 eggs at a time.

Versatile machine
