Customer review from HENCKELS
Very dissatisfied
Super disappointed with this purchase. Paring knife is very dull with nicks noted on edge. I’m wondering if the knife was returned and then resold without any quality control. Will not purchase henckels knives again.

Hi Patricia, thank you for sharing your review. Although the feedback isn’t what we hoped for, we truly appreciate hearing from our customers. We deeply apologize for your experience as this is not common. All our products are new, from our factories to our warehouses. However, we appreciate all reviews, and we will certainly forward your feedback to the appropriate brand management team.

Fantastic
After purchasing knives I thought were “good enough” these were fantastic! Ease of cutting chopping and slicing. So much better than struggling and attempting to resharpen knives over and over again.
