Disappointing

I have bought the king medium support pillows a number of times over the years and have always been extremely satisfied. This time, the medium support pillows are very unsupportive. They are thin and flat. Right out of the package, they are already flatter than the 3.5-year-old pillows (same type) I was replacing. If I hadn't already taken the big tags off, I would be returning these and finding a new source for pillows.

TOO SOFT

The pillow cover is very stiff, not soft, something I don't want to sleep on which is disappointing. I had to put my own cover on it. If you're looking for more support, this medium density is too soft. I'M GOING TO RETURN IT TO TRI A FIRM. WE HAVE TO BE HAPPY WITH OUR PILLOW AND COMFORTABLE SLEEPING.
