Soft too soft

I thought soft would give me enough support as a side sleeper. I’m 5’4” and 120 lbs. goose down flattened too much to be supportive.

Reviewing for FIRM density King

Pillow went completely flat within 1 year. Again, this review is for Firm density King. I washed once in hopes to re-fluff the pillow but it didn't work. Hugely disappointed in this terrible investment.

Order not correct

I ordered two firm pillows and two medium pillows. I received 4 medium. I order online so I don't have to go to a store. Now, I do have to. Please deliver what I order.
