Hydro Flask - Changed the size of the Font

This is our 5th or so order and we always have these engraved for family members. Helpful so boys don't lose them. The prior font fit with the size of the water bottle and was honestly very nice and stood out. LOTS of compliments and made them easy to spot. The current font is super small and doesn't look right on a 40oz bottle. We were surprised and disappointed at the change, especially since the price has gone up. Quality of the Bottles is still great, but wouldn't pay the extra for engraving again.

Noise

I got both the Reef and the Zinnia. Drinking from the Reef is nic3 and quiet, but drinking from the Zinnia is a bit noisy. I like the little handle and the convenience that it offers.

Flex straw on last two (including this one) tends to flop backwards as you drink, spilling water all over yourself

The title says it all. You guys need to fix the way the flex straw is settled into its holder of the top. It used to be nice and stiff, staying fully “extended” towards the mouth as you drank. Now it flops backwards to try to close itself as you drink, and water goes everywhere. I have 4 of these: I have POTS and drinking 2 32-oz bottles of water with electrolytes literally KEEPS ME ALIVE. Please try to make the tops the way they were a few years ago, aka, actually working right. I spend the day drinking two bottles and trying to talk to a customer while dripping with water really isn’t conducive to making sales in my bookstore. .

Do not recommend

I do not like this product. The straw has to be pushed all the way out for it to work. It cannot stand up straight. It also leaks. I will not buy another one and would prefer to have a refund.

Keeps water very cold for 24 hours

Very happy with quality and service. Got a replacement for my original which suddenly quit working. I just don't like the new color options, but I was fortunate to get a color that still came with a black lid.
