Didn't work well, but was replaced

I bought this product, filled it with ice and water and almost immediately the outside felt cold. Ice didn't last long. Hydroflask sent out a new one without questions. My other hydroflasks work great and will keep ice for days.

pink and green hydroflask

I love the size-my hand fits around it nicely and it's not too heavy when full. The straw makes it easier to drink the liquids while driving-so I can still see the road ahead. I've already received complements on the color which is unique with the green bands over pink main body.
