Wrong shoes in box

Ordered the shoe in a size 12. Received a 10 in a 12 shoe box. Can do nothing with the shoe only to call and be to told the shoe is out of stock in my size. Livid. And I have to send them back. The fix is there’s a gift card in the mail. Have a good day. Not happy.
