Terrible experience.. terrible customer service

This item was promised delivery by the 18th. The rep went the cheaper route and printed label for ups to transfer to usps for delivery. Now my shoes I want for a function tomorrow will not arrive until the 23rd. DO NOT promised something you cannot deliver on.
