Side-sleeper Isotonic pillows

I have purchased the Isotonic pillow before and have been extremely pleased with them. When I found them on sale, I couldn't wait to order them. They don't seem to separate and flatten in the middle, I fluff them when making the bed and they stay fluffed for the most part. I am pleased with my newest purchase also.

Side Sleeper

As a lifetime side sleeper, this pillow definitely fits the bill. I had historically used a much firmer pillow and found that I would wake up with neck and shoulder pain. That doesn’t happen any longer because I can punch up the pillow a bit to fit comfortably in whatever position I am in. I just wish it was slightly firmer, but that may be because I’m used to what I was used to.

Sleeping so good now

This is the most comfortable pillow I ever owned. So soft but very supportive. My husband and I are both very happy with this pillow. I would recommend to any one waking up with a stiff or sore neck.

Not recommended

I washed the pillow the day it was delivered according to the instructions (and how I've always washed delicate items). It blew at a seam and filled my dryer with fluff. The biggest issue was with a return. I was asked to PAY to return it. I think that is resolved, but I won't know until I check my accounts in a month. Very frustrating - especially with the bot telling me "not to worry" and "how was my day". I would not recommend. I have several photos that I shared with customer service, but will not add here.
