Recliner Chair

The chair delivered was not what I ordered or as it was pictured. It was very uncomfortable and there was not a USB so I returned the chair.

HELP - Where can I find a manual?

I am hoping someone who owns a Jabarr Beyond Leather power recliner & knows how to reset it, will read this and post a “review” explaining it to me! I got this recliner for my mom in June 2021. She loves it. But it just stopped working a couple days ago. It might have a loose connection or need to be reset. But I can’t figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated! (Macy’s customer service chat was not helpful. My order history only goes back 2 years, so I don’t have an order number. And despite the fact that this chair is exclusively made for Macy’s, they evidently can’t get me a manual or direct me to a website without my order number. Both representatives ended up just abandoning our chat.)
