Worst boots i ever wore

these boots looked great but the ankle was so tight and uncomfortable every step that the skin on my ankle was rubbed off till it bled. I unzipped them but that did not help at all. . since i wore them outside i cannot send them back. Huge disappointment.

So comfy right out of the box!

Love these booties! First time I wore them I attended an event where I was on my feet for 6 hours. I really wanted to wear my new booties. Every woman knows not to wear brand new shoes when she has no idea how they'll feel. Well, these JR's were the best! No break in needed at all! Received many compliments on the style and color and they felt like slippers with heels. Very happy with the price and comfort. More colors please!

Bad zipper

It is difficult to find dressy-ish boots that don't have a super high heel, so I was excited about these. Unfortunately, at first, I couldn't get the zipper on the right boot down. I finally did (after nearly trashing my hand!), but when I attempted to zip it back up (again nearly injuring my hand because it wouldn't zip) the zipper broke. I tried the zipper on the left boot and I couldn't even get it down.
