More beautiful than expected

I purchased this item to go in my cabin-like, midcentury den. It sits in front of a stone fireplace. The combined effect is awesome. The piece is well made and hefty (in a good way). This is no flimsy storage bin! The color is accurate but is better IRL with more depth and a bit more tones showing along the pattern edges. The inside is copper, unlike the photos shown, which is fine - it's the inside! I read complaints about top - I have none! There are some small marks in the top but they actually add to the overall character of the piece. They make it look more hand-finished, not like damage. The top is very secure as it is weighted, so it's not going to slip. I would not hesitate to order this unique piece again.

Something different

Metal design looks handcrafted and unique. Was looking for something other than the typical boring coffee table. This fit perfectly.
