The good: couch is beautiful and comfortable. Sand color is lighter in person than on the website (less grey). The bad: after very light wear (no kids) the fabric has pilled and balled on the seating surfaces of the sofa. Kind of like a sweater would. It’s unsightly but worse it causes an uncomfortable feeling when you sit on it with bare legs. It’s an absolute shame because the sofa is well made, pretty, and affordable.

I looked for a long time and was so happy I went with this sectional! I debated spending twice as much for some of the bigger brands but this looks more expensive and is very comfortable. I thought it was a little stiff at first but now after a few months it feels perfect. And think that will help it maintain its shape by being a little more stiff at first. The bottom cushions don’t come off so we will see if that becomes an issue but so far it’s fine. We even spilled a little coffee and came out without an issue. There’s no pilling or shedding and fabric seems durable.
Perfect Sofa for a Small Space!
The perfect sofa for a smaller space, and I am so glad I purchased the matching ottoman as well. The Sand color is very pretty, much nicer in person. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
Beware fabric is different than photos
We made the mistake of ordering this couch online. When the couch came, we were surprised that the “camel” looked less like the beautiful rich brown in the photos and more like a red with white speckles. This is not a preference issue. The fabric in the photos is completely different than what arrived. The photos on the website must be bad AI, lazy editors, or they changed the fabric after taking these photos. We were disappointed, but what sent us over the edge is when they told us we needed to pay a $200 “restocking fee” to return it. It is wild that they expect their customers to pay for their mistakes. We bought our previous couch from Macy’s but never again.

Unfortunately we have been very disappointed in this couch. We have had it for a little over three months and the material already has a significant amount of pilling. The cushion shape holds up great and we love the style of the couch but the material looks very worn, almost dirty, from the amount of pilling. Luckily we did pay for a warranty and although not easy to work with, we have been able to chat with customer service and come up with a solution. I would not recommend this couch until they come out with a different fabric option.
LOVE!
LOVE this couch. I was worried about the size for my place, but it fit perfectly against my 118in wall with a few inches to spare on each side. It is on the firmer side but I opted for that since the cushions are built in. Be aware that it may take some time to get due to supply chain issues—I ordered it in May 10th and just got it today June 20th. Well worth the wait & Macy’s customer service was great!
