MACYS KEEPS SENDING WRONG ITEM

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM TWICE. INSTEAD OF THE BODY CREME THEY KEEP SENDING HAND CREAM TUBE AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO KEEP DIRECTING ME AND WASTING MY TIME TO GO THE STORE. I STILL DIDN’T RECEIVE THE RIGHT ITEM. I CAN RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT BUT DON’T BUY FROM MACYS IF YOU WANT THE CORRECT ITEM WITHOUT HASSLE OF CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES AND WASTING YOUR TIME TO GO RETURN AN ITEM THAT THEY CANT RESHIP CORRECTLY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MACYS PART.

Not smell like Lime Basil & Mandarin

Very disappointed. I am such a big fan of Lime Basil & Mandarin and have been using Bath Oil, Cologne and love them. But not this hand cream. The scent is nothing compare to other stuff.
