My whole order was wrong!

My whole order was wrong. I ordered 3 items and the wrong sizes were sent for each item. I called to inform Macy’s and they were not helpful. They have to send me a label to return the items to a 3rd party! It will take 48-72 hours to get the return label via email!!!! Still no label!!! I am done with Macy’s.
