Nice but Issues

There’s a lot I love about this sofa - the style and color (navy blue) for instance. I get compliments on the color regularly. I am not though confident in the quality of this product. I have had it for about 5 months and the leather scratches VERY easily. I’ve owned nothing but leather sofas since 2008 and not a single one (x3 others since 2008) ever got scratches on the leather despite having animals (dogs) who would get on them from time to time. This one cost me 3.5 - 4 times more than I spent on previous sofas and the leather has scratches in multiple places already and I put covers on it to protect it. Something I’ve never had to do with much cheaper leather sofas. Also, the sofa already creaks when you sit down, get up and/or adjust position on the sofa. Again something I’ve never experienced with much cheaper sofas. I love so much about this sofa, but it is definitely lacking in quality. I’ll be surprised if this sofa last more than 2-3 years before it needs replaced :(

Beautiful well made couch!

We've had our sectional for almost three and a half years (delivered May 2022). It's in excellent shape and still looks as gorgeous as the day we bought it.

Jolene Sectional with Chaise

I just received the Jolene sectional with chaise..I was a little nervous to purchase because It was not In the Macy's store I visited...But In the true reputation of Macy's It Is soo nice just what I hoped for once again GREAT! furniture and the leather is 💯

Jollene Two-Piece Leather Sectional with Chaise

I purchased the Jollene Two-Piece Leather Sectional with Chaise as a gift for my son and his wife several months ago, opting to buy it sight unseen based on online images and reviews. I’m pleased to report that the sectional exceeded our expectations in both aesthetics and comfort. The sectional’s design is both stylish and inviting, fitting perfectly into their living space. The leather upholstery is of high quality, providing a luxurious feel. The seating is comfortable, offering ample support for relaxation. With two large dogs in the household, durability was a concern. However, the leather has proven to be robust, showing no signs of tearing or damage despite the pets’ activity. Does not disappoint!

LOVE this sectional! High quality leather. We have a 6 yr old and needed something easy to clean and durable and this piece does not disappoint! It can easily seat 4-5 people, but isn't so large to appear overwhelming in the room. Great sofa for the price!!

huge hassle & disappointment X 3

I’d been thinking about purchasing this sectional all through the pandemic. When we finally did purchase it, it took months to receive it and that was the easy part. Upon delivery of the zipper on chaise section pillow was broken so our sales lady ordered another. Second chaise section arrived weeks later, it too was defective, leather was all lumpy and stretched out, like an elephant had been sitting on it, so a third chaise section was ordered - HUGELY DISAPPOINTING!! It too is not smooth , many lumps in leather. We kept it but I get annoyed every time I look at it !! I would NOT recommend this sectional, EVER !!’

Horrible customer service and damaged sofa

A disjointed customer experience, call for help and get transferred to multiple groups. Sofa delivered with a cut and scuff in leather, was told someone would call me, nope. Paid for white glove delivery total joke. Now waiting on an inspection only available on Saturday so they can see what the delivery guy took a photo of.
