I bought this for my husband for Christmas after reading the reviews. He did not use it until February and the zipper pulled away from the suitcase on its second use. The suitcase was not even filled. Macys customer service was terrible, said that it was out of its return date so they could not do anything for me. Gave me a warranty number that does not even cover suitcases. Manufacturer also was of no help. Do not buy

Unfortunately I purchased this when it was a good deal but did not get a chance to use it for 3 months after the fact and now it is too late to return. One of the feet things broke off after using it 2 times. The screws are exposed. I have contacted customer service of the company "Olivet International" 3 times and have not heard back from them. So obviously the "warranty" is just a scam.

I can not begin to tell you how great this luggage is. It is much larger than it seems. It has so many departments so that you can store all your items in an neat organized fashion. It also has an expansion zipper just in case you pack a little extra. On the outside, the luggage is very sturdy. The wheels move easily and the handle is not fragile. This is one of the best luggages I've ever owned.

I've used this piece of Sharper Image 28" luggage three times now. I've been impressed with the durability although it has a few more cosmetic blemishes now than I would prefer. I'm able to pack quite a bit inside of this piece and it rolls very easily. One side is a little deeper with a zip around cover that has a zippered net pocket. The other side has elastic bands that fasten over the contents to keep them in place. The only thing that I don't like about it is the handle is a bit short. I wish it were longer so I could better place a bag on top. For reference, the handle is about 10-1/2" from the top of the luggage to the top of the handle.
