Disappointed

I ordered this on Dec 4th, as today is 12/19 I am looking for the shipment I see online that it was cancelled but no email to let me know. Poor communication. It’s too close to Christmas to be making mistakes

Excellent rolling suitcase

Arrived in good order, the suitcase rolls easily and is made with quality. We chose a cheaper brand a couple years ago and it had fallen a part - in contrast, this is a dream.

Garbage. seems split after 5 months

My daughter went to collect her bag at baggage claim and it was split wide open, they had to hand deliver it. Seems split, cheap.
