Garbage. seems split after 5 months

My daughter went to collect her bag at baggage claim and it was split wide open, they had to hand deliver it. Seems split, cheap.

Suitcase, great. Macys, not so great.

The suitcase itself is good; a typical suitcase, nothing special and does what it needs to. Macys, however, sent me the wrong suitcase originally (I ordered the largest and they sent the smallest) and I had to deal with customer service that couldn’t help send me the correct one and insisted it didn’t come in the largest size even though I literally had it in my order confirmation. I called around to different stores and had to drive over an hour away to get the correct suitcase- i didn’t even care about the color i just needed the right size.
