I own 3 Toppers and this one is the most elegan...

I own 3 Toppers by Kasper. Each is better than a suit jacket or a coat. Each is made of the same high-quality fabrics for which Kasper is known. Each beautifully matches other Kasper pieces that I own. This one has beautiful bell sleeves and a fabric of tutu pink flowers on a navy background. Elegant. Sophisticated. I get noticed everywhere. It's appropriate in modest weather for all seasons. Just lovely!
