I bought this armchair to match the love seat and ottoman purchased from Macy's two years ago. Thankfully, the color match is perfect. Armchair is very comfortable to sit it in and the leather high quality. Excellent lines and design. Good looking piece. Five stars but a note or two: This armchair is big. Two people can sit in it simultaneously. Delivery did not include unboxing and set up (unlike two years ago.) Very happy with this purchase.

When we were searching for new leather sofas for our home, I felt like we had a decent wishlist. We wanted specifically top grain leather (not genuine), a modern look, soft armrests (we have young children), deeper than what we had previously, and we needed a sofa and a loveseat combo. This sofa collection literally had everything I wanted, and I’ve never seen such a gorgeous leather color before either. I was completely smitten when I saw this in person. Our previous leather sofas were also from Macy’s and had lasted us 15 years, so even after shopping around, nothing came close within our price range. We’ve had this leather sofa and loveseat for a few months now and they are literally everything I had hoped for. The Moss green is gorgeous, the leather is great quality with minimal scarring and they’re only get more comfortable as time goes on. I would buy these over and over again. 200/10

I purchased the sofa and chair in moss. I fell in love with the color first and the comfort second. These pieces are beautiful and after two years of owning I do not regret this purchase one bit. The leather is soft and comfortable. The leather has worn well and do not agree with the other reviews. I believe this is what well used leather is suppose to wear like. The sofa is long and the chair is wide and the most comfortable pieces have ever owed.

This couch immediately started sagging and the cushions started breaking down after a day of light use
Nice Sofa But Was Previously Returned And Not Disc
Saw it online and went to check it out at the store. Liked it and was surprised they said it could be delivered within the next week as the online description said it would not be available for two months. This probably should have been a red flag. While the product was in good overall condition, it was obvious that the legs had been attached and removed previously and there was some human or animal hair between and under the cushions. We actually found a checklist in the wrap for inspecting return, dated two weeks ago. I called customer service and explained I liked the couch but was disappointed with what they had done. The representative gave me the option of exchange, return or a price adjustment. I took the discount and hope I don't find a further problem. I recommend learning from my experience and demanding a new item at the time of sale as it seems that Macy's will sell returned items in the normal course of business, a deal breaker for me if I had known.
