Dining Set Top Broken

As they delivery team tried to deliver the tabletop, they dropped it and broke the marble top!! The chairs were not offered to be delivered, since this order was supposed to be delivered as a set; four chairs and the table. PLEASE ISSUE a CREDIT! CANCEL THIS ORDER Spoke to Mgr. Extremely disappointed

February 2026 will be 1 year that I placed the initial order for this dining set. I still do not have it due to various reasons. I am a long time customer of Macys (platinum), but it doesn’t seem to matter.

Wonderful

This dining set is absolutely beautiful. I purchased the white set. The chairs are very comfortable and got extra care measures, I put covers over them. I did notice when water glasses are on the table, temporary rings are left. However; when I wipe the table, I noticed the rings do disappear. It’s important to note that hot pots / pans CANNOT be placed directly on the marble. I’m very happy and really love my set.

Beautiful Dinner Room💕

I finally got my Dining Room set delivered this past weekend and it was definitely worth the wait. Macy’s was so accommodating due to the delay of the back order on the furniture. It doesn’t matter what company you order from there are going to be delays. So if you find something that you really like and want just be patient. That Dining Room set is so elegant and absolutely stunning.

It's stains very easily

If you want a dining room set that’s aesthetically pleasing but not meant for everyday use, this piece is for you. If you actually plan to use it regularly, I wouldn’t recommend buying it—stains show up everywhere, and I’ve barely had it a year. I’ve tried countless home remedies to remove them, but nothing works. If you have any stain removal tips, please share. If they work, I’ll give you five stars because my table will be beautiful again from all the water stains from a cold glass or cup of water.

Dont Order

Ordered 4, got them later than I wanted, but I got them. Ordered 2 more when they were on sale so I had the full 6 seats. That was in January. It's mid-May. The status of the order says DELIVERED but I still don't have them. According to Macy's it was delivered to them, so it's DELIVERED. No shipment to me. No status. No Updates. No Info. No chairs.

So cute and high quality

I love my new dining room set…. was watching this set for months and the day it went on sale I got excited so I kept watching the price for another week cause Macys drops prices sometimes on a weekend and they did but the black chairs was sold out and I ended up with the grey chairs but I so happy and pleased with the beautiful stylish dining room set everything is built to last table is heavy and strong chairs are of high quality and all the way beautiful!! I know no one would be disappointed if they bought it!!! Love it 5 stars and a high five.
