Very Poor Quality – Not Even a Year Old

I am very disappointed with the quality of this dining set. It is not even a year old, and there are already stains on the table that do not come off. The inner part of the chairs has also started coming apart. For the price, I expected much better quality and durability. Furniture should not start falling apart in less than a year. I would not recommend this dining set.

Leather seat is wrinkled & has creases showing

The leather is wrinkled and not smooth on one side of the seat. Looks like the fabric was installed crooked. I will call Macy's to see what can be done to straighten out the wrinkled leather. Also the front & side wooden slates are wiggly and loose. They need to be tightened up

MISSING CHAIR PART

I did not receive the correct piece for one of the chairs. The bottom frame should come with letter #'s D, E, F. I received two F'S and cannot put the chair together. After being on phone for 45 minutes I was told someone would come & inspect the chair to make the decision if they will ship me out the leg that I need to complete the chair. I asked to just have it returned but was told I needed to call within 24 hours. I received this on July 3rd and was busy. This is ridiculous & I would not recommend buying furniture through Macys.

does not wear well

i have had this table in the white / cream color for just under a year now. it gets these water marks on them that do not come off. i have tried buffing with polish, i have tried water mark removers, i have tried products that were supposedly for this purpose. nothing gets rid of them. My next step is to get a furniture restorer in to fix it. it is a stunning beautiful piece. i just wish it held up to everyday use as it is a table

It’s A Stunner - Superior Quality

Price dropped online and went to store to see table; purchased it immediately with the grey chairs. It’s absolutely gorgeous…table top is thick and it’s actually a marble veneer. The black table base is simple, yet sophisticated. Was a bit concerned about this part initially; however it blends in with other decor well. If you’re considering purchasing - would suggest you buy while it’s on sale. Other reviews noted delays with delivery and back orders. This was not my experience, mine was an in store purchase. It was delivered within 14 days.
