Direct-Pump Adapters screw directly onto Twist Pouches so you can pump directly into the pouch, eliminating the need to transfer from bottle to bag. This kit gives you a pair of each of our most popular adapters.

  • Product Features

    • Our Twist Direct-Pump Adapters use a twist-locking mechanism to attach our Twist Pouches onto ALL major pump brands, for leak-free, transfer-free pumping.
    • Feed directly from Twist Pouches by popping the Twist Active-Latch Nipple on a pouch, or use one of our direct-pump adapters to twist on another brand s nipple.
    • Twist Adapters are all labeled, typically around the outer lip or inner rim. Our system is compatible with all standard thread pumps, as well as many smaller and/or newer pump brands.
    • Twist Adapters are recyclable, BPA-free, phthalate-free, and PVC-free, and top rack dishwasher and steam sterilizer safe.

They work for using other nipples except we can’t get them sealed quite tight enough so a lot of air gets in causing gas problems. Went back to original nipples that came with the kiinde system

The adapters are perfect for my spectra pump. I’m not sure why every adapter needs to come in the box instead of the ones specific to your pump though.
