Wrong item!

I’ve ordered this bag twice and twice I’ve been sent the same exact wrong bag. Why do you keep mixing these two bags up? Don’t they have different item numbers? I want this one and not the bigger one that does not convert. I’m going to try one more time, maybe I might get the correct bag a third time.

I had purchased this in black and loved it. The green should not be in the same category as the other colors as it is bigger and not the same style.
