Not Great
Not like Ralph Lauren of years ago. Pillow has no "Squish" or "Conformability" and is overstuffed. Not very down-like in my opinion.

The pillows are beautiful and I am sure if you like flexible pillows these are perfect. I was looking for "Firm" and that is why I purchased. The good news was that even though I had to return the return process was simple and fast response time.

Bad Experience
Pillow cases never arrived since July 11th. All notifications and e-mails stopped. I called 3 times in 2 days. Finally got them re-ordered. One assistant told Me yesterday that they will arrive today, (Saturday) USPS. Nothing, when on My end All tracking got lost. Cannot use the pillow. Frustrating/Angry. One bad experience from Macy's after All these years. 07/19/2026
