Beautiful but not "Firm" as described

The pillows are beautiful and I am sure if you like flexible pillows these are perfect. I was looking for "Firm" and that is why I purchased. The good news was that even though I had to return the return process was simple and fast response time.

I purchased the pillows as a gift. The recipient was pleased with the items. However, as I explained to her I wasn't able to locate 'queen' size pillows they came as 'double/queen.' She as satisfied.
