It's Okay

This is a casual dress for running errands or even, dress down Fridays. It runs small and short. RL, CK, and MK size 16W normally fits me perfectly. Because this dress has no give I sized up (glad I did). I'm pear-shaped so my butt and hips are my problem area. Sizing up, this dress fits them perfectly but is too loose on top at the shoulders. I was able to put it on without unzipping it. The arms are still a little tight but not uncomfortably so (and I have big arms). I'm 5'3/4 and it stops 2-3 inches above my knee and is at mid-thigh when I sit down.
