Poor quality control

Can’t say if I like it because it arrived completely unusable. Whoever packed it left the bottom lamp part free floating inside and the top part is completely broken off. I’ve ordered from this company only once before and there was a styrofoam protector at the bottom and top to prevent this. Quality control lacking
