Shipping was a problem.

I love this top, but shipping was a mess. It was shipped from West Virginia, and sent to Washington, DC. Next it went to Springfield, MA . Left Springfield and arrived at Albany, NY (a 40 minute drive from my home). After Albany it went to Southern Maryland Distribution. Then it went back to Washington, DC. Then it arrived at and left Springfield, MA again. Then back to Albany, NY. Then to Middlesex-Essex, MA. Then it arrived at Albany, NY again, and I received it today. And it was worth it, because I love it! Thank you!
