Baking Slab for the win!

Love this baking slab. It bakes beautifully, heating so evenly. Clean-up is a breeze. Just soak a few minutes and all the baked on material lift right off. Love the design and it matches my other Made In dishes. Made in France and so wonderful.

This dish is fantastic. I've made pecan slab pie that was delicious. What I've been using it for lately is a fajitas dish with chicken chunks, onion and red pepper spiced with chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, onion & garlic powder and salt & pepper. Comes out perfectly and looks great to serve right from the oven.

Beautiful and functional piece! Did a quick run through with bacon and it came out crispy and perfectly done. Looking forward to roasting veggies, and making slab pie and lemon bars.
