Rain jacket.

Good to wear rainy, windy days. Nice fit but runs a bit small. Bought red, beautiful color with form fitting.

Pop-o-red!

I get so many compliments on this jacket. The color is gorgeous. The hood is nice and big and the overall fit is just perfect. Highly recommend!

5 years and still going!

My husband bought this jacket for me 5+ years ago, and it's been incredible every step of the way. We honeymooned in Alaksa during the rainy months, and it worked brilliantly with a nanopuff base layer (to explain further, on extremely cold days, I can wear both a nanopuff AND a down sweater coat underneath). Further, I tend to reach for this during the winter months when we go play in the snow with our kids, as it layers extremely well, instead of an actual "winter coat". After this much use, there is minor wear on the lining, but will continue to provide excellent coverage for years to come. I'm considering a second one now just to have some variety, and make my existing jacket last longer.

Great shell

I bought this jacket because I needed a rain/wind shell that would layer on top of several warm layers ahead of a 3-week backpacking expedition in the Winds in May 2021. I really like the fit and silhouette, and the pockets are well designed. The hood fits well on top of other hoods. The arms are a little long on me, but that's true of any jacket ever because I have short arms. So far, it's been excellent for skiing and I have no doubts that it will perform well in the backcountry, too.

Great ski touring coat.

This jacket is perfect for ski touring in the Northwest. Really good for the wet days. Pit Zips are great for keeping cool on the skin up. Lightweight. Great hood and collar design. Even fully zipped collar doesn't rub on chin. I add a thin down layer for the ski down and stay warm. The chest front pocket is a super handy, easy location to put your cell phone and the hip pockets are big enough to stash lighter weight gloves if you are getting too warm on the climb. Secure velcro on sleeves makes for easy fit adjustment with gloves. Color combinations are nice.

So far so good!

Haven't quite put it through the wringer yet, but it repelled water nicely on first couple uses and is cute/flattering

As expected!

The jacket is a little lighter then what the picture represents but still of great quality per usual from Marmot. The size is a little snug for a medium but all things said, Marmot doing what they do best and that is make a quality rain jacket.
