Do not recommend

They're beautiful, but... Flawed design. If you clean them, water gets stuck in the upper chamber, it's very difficult to get out apart from blasting a hair dryer on it. If there's any moisture left (there was on ours), then when you refill with salt, the salt mixes with the moisture and corrodes the inner chamber. This is now unusable unless we screw in all the way, to the finest grind setting, which means now very little salt comes out. Would not recommend.

Great looking set.

These look really great. They size of the grains is adjustable too. Any reviews that say they are not adjustable are wrong. You just need to read the directions :) The loss of one star is only because the salt mill leaves a mess under the rack it's on daily. I don't see a way to stop it from having salt falling out. I would still buy them again they are great.

functional and appealing

these go perfectly with our copper and green themed kitchen. the hammered detail reflect the light and they glimmer. they come with salt and peppercorns, so far they work great! there doesnt appear to be a mechanism to adjust the size of the salt or pepper. I still love them.
