Turtle neck is tight, straps not adjustable

XS fits 32B & dress size 0. The turtleneck is completely unnecessary. If I keep, I will cut it off. The under slip is attached by 2 threads at the shoulders & the straps are not adjustable. A small alteration if you need shorter straps. If you need longer straps, regular gently stretching might work. Sleeves are nice and snug; no drooping under the arms. Perfect to show off flat stomach. Unlike most Macys dresses, this one does closely hug your torso curves. Back of slip is high enough to wear strapless bra underneath. Could also work as a lingerie slip if you cut the 2 threads and pull out the solid color part.
