3 Times

3 times I’ve received the incorrect item. Customer service doesn’t seem to care either. Obviously something is wrong with this listing because each time the same incorrect ring is sent. I work in e-commerce and after the 2nd mis-ship I would look into why and not just keep sending replacements.
