shoes run small - seller refuses to refund return

the shoes were nice quality but unfortunately they ran too small and narrow so I returned. Return was received on May 6th and I still haven't gotten my refund on June 8th. since this product ships direct from vendor, my only option was to contact vendor directly for the refund. they promised the refund on May 19th and again on May 29th and still nothing. it would be one thing if they said item was final sale; however, they allowed the refund, sent me the return label, received the shoes back and simply refuse to give the my money.

Excellent quality

I ordered the lilac and am pleasantly surprised by the quality and fit. Just ordered the off-white. They are on the narrow side, which is perfect for me.
