Stiff and Painful

Bought this at a great discounted price. I have many purses and wallets from Michael Kors. I love different colors and matching outfits. So I bought these boots to match my jacket and purse. I didnt get a chance to try them on until a few days ago. They were very stiff and painful in the ankle area when i tried walking around in them. Now i remember why I avoid buying Michael Kors shoes. I purchased knee high boots three years ago and i had the same painful experience. They are too stiff. I'll stick to Michael Kors hand bags and wallets from now on. Luckily, Macy's was very understanding and made an exception of accepting my return after the return policy date expiration. Thank you Macy's.

Disappointed and Uncomfortable

I purchased this boot in black and was very disappointed because these shoes hurt so badly. As I walked, they hit my leg at the top of the boot with every step. My number 1 priority in purchasing a shoe is comfort, which is why I was disappointed.
