rotten board don't buy

I ordered this bed and within 2 months the entire bed frame started to rottten inside the board was crunchy. the bed look fine outside just by looking at it but once you felt it you could hear the crunch(best way to explain the sound) I called macy they sent someone to inspect the bed which he was in my home for 2 minutes he took pictures and said he would put in the notes that the bed frame is broken I never received a follow-up call from macy I has to call myself which I was told the inspection show no signs of damage. macy call center gave me the run around for about 3 weeks I called and was told I can't get a replacement or a refund I of to keep the bed. I was then told I would get a credit of around 20% of what I spent which am still waiting on I love the bed I just wanted a replacement 😩 worst experience of my life
