Won’t Order Online Again

Ordered a dress online for an event and merchandise never arrived. Difficult to reach customer service snd when i did get someone the language barrier was infuriating. Apparently, order was cancelled but could never understand why, although i was relieved to learn i at least was refunded. Very frustrating and had to shop somewhere else at the last minute.
