Super delay in shipping and unable to track

My package was supposed to be delivered today. But when I tracked, courier said they have not received the package from Macy's. I ordered it for a function that is after 2 days. This was not expected from Macy's. Not sure where my package is.

Late shipping worst customer service

Ordered the dress for New Year's Party and paid for express shipping so the dress arrives 2 days before new years eve. But Macy's did not hand over the dress to UPS on time. As a result, the dress did not arrive on time and I ended up having nothing to wear for New Year's Eve. But this is not the worse part. When I contacted customer service, the rep Jennifer was extremely rude over chat. Instead of empathizing, she just asked to return a dress and get my refund. She also stopped the chat midway without completing the conversation. I contacted them twice and talked to them for 15-30 mins each time and she asked me to contact again for requesting a return. So, first Macy's makes a mistake, and I end up wasting my time getting the dress returned. On top of it, I have nothing to wear on New Years Eve. Macy's has gone down in customer service lately. Good luck getting them help you in any way. Ruined my New Years Eve and not even an ounce of apology
