If I Could Give Negative Stars I Would

I bought this sofa and was told it would be delivered the upcoming Saturday. On Saturday, right as the truck is pulling up, I get a phone call from Macy's saying the truck should be there and asked if I was home. I said I was. I waited about 5-7 minutes and then the guy in the truck just drives off with my furniture. Nobody ever got out of the truck. Customer service was absolutely no help. Nobody from Macy's ever called me to reschedule, and no explanation was given as to why the driver just drove off, basically stealing my couch since I had paid in full. After calling customer service 3 more times (again, nobody from Macy's ever called me to reschedule even though I was told they would make this a priority), I cancelled my order. Thanks for stealing my couch and wasting my Saturday Macy's. Also, you really need to improve your customer service department.

Worst customer service

By far the worst experience I have had. They delivered a damaged couch. I ordered the charcoal color and what I got was not charcoal at all. I called right away same day it was delivered. Customer service is horrible. I got 3 different answers and got no where. No one knows what they are doing. I had a similar experience with Macys furniture and customer service about 8 years ago. I should have learned my lesson, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES 4 hours on the phone today and I had to chase them no one called me.

outstanding!

this couch is better than pictured. it's very firm with cushions sewn into the couch directly. the fabric is velvety and soft to touch. it does pick up dirt easily even with stain guard so recommend a darker color than oatmeal which is almost white.

Beautiful! On the Fence

Beautiful sofa…and firm!! A little too firm. Definitely will have you in the upright position. On the fence if I will keep it. I wanted it for relaxing while watching TV. not the type sofa for napping - seating area a bit narrow.

Delivered on Time!

The sofa was in good conditions, delivered inside my home, and earlier time than I was provided. But once I opened it, it was not the same color of charcoal that looks in the picture, its lighter color. More like a grey mixed with black. In the picture it seems to be a different material but in person it's not the same. Overall the size I expected was what I wanted.

Missing legs

I am a good customer of Macy’s and hate posting this but I received delivery of this couch without legs. I contacted Macy’s and 4 weeks later received WRONG legs or hardware to install. I have emailed customer service with photos of the j legs and no response.
