Cute and comfy
The boots are comfortable and very good looking. There were a couple of scuffs on the heel when I took them out of the box but not a deal breaker for me. They really pull an outfit together.

The calf width of these boots was off. I already own them in black (and really like the look, heel height and comfort) and wanted the same in dark brown. The dark brown measured an additional 2 inches wider approximately midway up the shaft than the black ones in the same size. No idea why they would change the width of the regular-width model when they are available in narrow, regular, wide and extra wide. Super disappointed and inconvenienced because I wanted these boots but especially because there is a change for returns. The spice colour in the same size was not too wide but I didn’t like the colour - too yellow-orange. I returned both.

LOVE these boots! Was in the market for knee high boots for a while and came across Naturalizer. Asked around, did some research and kept hearing how comfortable their shoes are. Now that I’ve experienced Naturalizer boots, I can’t go back! Can wear these forever. The soles are comfy, the boots are true to size, and the boots dress up any outfit. I may just have to buy a bootie version as well!

I ordered standard calf but like some other customers I found the shaft to be too wide. Sadly I’ll have to return.
Love the boots....except for one thing......
I splurged and bought my first pair of real leather boots. After lots of research I decided these boots would be great for me. I put them on and loved the feel of them immediately; however, every time I walk in these boots the zippers clang together loudly! So loud in fact that walking down the hall at work people make comments about it. This has caused me not to wear them as much I would have, especially since I spent good money on them and this is a serious design flaw. It makes me sad actually.
