Ankles do not fit at all

I’m surprised that boots that are supposed to be wide calf are way too tight at the ankles and yet the foot area is actually very generous and not cramped. I cannot wear these because the ankles are too tight so I had to return them and am not even going to try another size.

Sounds like spurs

I loved the look of them in the box and when trying them on but as soon as I actually went outside and started walking around in them, I realized the massive metal zippers are and the chunky heel make you sound like you’re stomping around with spurs on, the sound of tinkling metal as you step. It’s embarrassing and I’m so disappointed that I didn’t realize this until I wore it out and threw out the packaging. :( Also runs quite narrow!

Wide calf measurements inaccurate

I wear a 6 or 6.5 and I measured my calves prior to ordering, they’re 14” so I ordered the wide (16.5 inches according to the page) and they’re still too narrow. Really disappointed.

Fabulous look, comfortable fit

I generally do not spend much on my seasonal footwear, but these boots are worth every penny. The color and material are beautiful, and the heel is sturdy without feeling clunky. The fit was perfect for me as I like a snug fit around my foot and ankle, but if you are at all uncomfortable with a tight fit you might want to order wide. The wide calf is much wider than I am used to but is perfect for my muscular calves with plenty of room for pants legs. I gave worn them several times already with plenty of walking, and I still adore them.

Perfect!

I was worried about the Wilde calf by the other reviews I saw in here but it actually fitted and left some room! The boots seem to be very comfortable and they are very pretty. I have other pairs of shoes from naturalizer and they are perfect for my flat feet.
