I like this pillow. It is well made and the cooling is nice. It is not quite as firm as I would like, but it is adequate for my sleep. It is also good for both side and back sleeping.

Potential but too firm
This memory foam pillow has potential to be a great pillow for a side sleeper, if it weren't for the fact the foam is very firm and doesn't break in well at all. Found that despite two weeks on it, it still had sufficiently broken in enough to sleep on it without it cause me to have a stiff neck that triggered migraines. With a little more give this would be a very comfortable pillow. It's just the right thickness for a medium firm memory foam bed for me as a guy at 6'3". The cooling effect is decent during the night, but not stellar by any means. I definitely slept cooler on this than on other cooling pillows I've tried.
Smell goes away after airing out
I originally gave this pillow a very low rating because it smelled like mold, but after allowing it to continue to air out another two weeks, the smell is completely gone to my delight and surprise! Therefore I'm hoping I can update my review and suggest that Macy*s and/or Nestl give this item an extended return time to allow others to air it out for several weeks before trying. Now that the smell is gone, I truly love this pillow and will likely be back for another. Take it out of the package and allow it to air out before using. It is worth the wait.

I could not use this pillow. I don't know why, but it's too uncomfortable. Sorry I can't be more specific. I washed the cover the minute I received it, so I guess I can't send it back now (expensive mistake). I was going to keep it anyway, though, because it SEEMS like it should be comfortable, so I may try to break it in in a few months when the weather is cooler. The shape actually makes it HOT. Also, why do manufacturers put WELTING around pillows nowadays? It HURTS! Anyway, too pricey for a "maybe someday it will be good" pillow. Oh, and it still is off-gassing like 2 moths later.

Kindly note that this is a molded side sleeper memory foam pillow which is a specialty pillow and not like a standard hotel pillow so if you are used or like a fluffy hotel pillow this might not work for you.
