I purchased a sofa with worry no more contract for 5 years. I had the reclining sofa fixed once within the first year. Not 2 recliners are not working and they will not honor the contract. Picture of how the recliner is stuck up - so no one can sit there.
Overpriced garbage
Our couch is 4 years old, leather is peeling, cracking, and wearing down, armrest leather looks like a wrinkled carpet, one recliner footrest is broken, and the cushions have all sunk. Bought the warranty and was denied every claim. Reached out to macys and was told to refer to warranty company. I will never buy furniture from Macys again. Once they have your money nobody cares about taking care of the customer.

We purchased ours in 2020 with a warranty. Warranty company is worthless and refused to replace pieces failing. I am trying now to get a replacement headrest for our chase and the aftersales company says they will help of we send them the model number. And sent a sample image…I have been overturning all pieces and nothing shows this. I relay this to the aftersales and they say they cannot help us without the info. Will never buy from Macys again and certainly will avoid MANWAHUSA furniture.

I was extremely hesitant buying this back in 2021 due to the collapsing arm rest complaints, but it’s 2025 and this has not occurred! However, it’s is just my husband and I & were both smaller build <140 lbs. We’ve had multiple young kids over though and quite a few times we caught the boys hanging their full body weight over the arm rest and once an adult did sit on it. There was absolutely no breakage of the inner support despite these incidents. The charcoal grey color has help up BEAUTIFULLY. ZERO fading, ZERO leather peeling. The only wear is some creasing in the most used seats which was super noticeable at first, but, after changing the seat order, the creasing is now evenly distributed across all of the seats on the sectional and it looks very natural. NO regrets with the purchase. It was my very first piece of quality furniture. I went into the search of something that would hold up over time & WE HIT THE JACKPOT! THANK YOU MACYS!

I bought this sofa 2 years ago, the quality of these sofas is terrible. The wood under the armrest broke after six months of use, but I didn't ask to repair it, thinking: okay, let it be, because I liked the sofa visually. The sofa itself started to peel off in the places where we sit most often. Having paid so much money, I now have to look for a new sofa after 2 years of use, in my opinion, this sofa is not worth its price at all.
Love the size and customize color
We bought this sectional and was able customize the color to leather saddle. The sofa is very comfortable and the headrest is functional. We just received it two weeks ago so I do not know how it will hold up in the long run. For now, we are very happy with it since we had to wait over 5 months for it.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SECTIONAL
This reclining sectional is poorly made. I purchased and had to have EVERY chair serviced or replaced at some point using the Worry No More Warranty. The last time I tried to have it repaired, they were WNM was completely unresponsive. The issue with the recliners is that the saudering cable at the reclining button is WAY too short and kept breaking or coming loose. When WNM attempted repair they wouldn’t leather the saudered cable or wiring. It just never lasted. Now, I’m just donating the sectional and having to pay to have it picked up since the WNM extended warranty has now lapsed. Again, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SECTIONAL. I also wouldn’t purchase any furniture with moving parts from Macys with the WNM warranty as they simply aren’t reliable.
