Beautiful but very firm

We purchased this couch about 18 months ago and loved the look of it and despite the firm cushions, thought it was great. We were hoping the cushions would soften with a little use. The quality is wonderful BUT unfortunately the couch is just too firm. You don't really sink into it, when you recline...you actually just sort of slide off making it awkward to keep your position. Now we're in the unenviable position of looking to sell it since we're unable to return.

I love this collection. I have had the sofas for 5 years and they still look brand new. The quality of them is outstanding and I and beyond my expectations.
