Bad fabric- do not buy

I’ve had this sectional since May of 2025 and by Oct it showed signs of pilling. Keep in mind no animals on furniture and minimal use. Since October the pilling is so much worse and the warranty plan doesn’t cover it, so you cannot use the warranty. Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and quality being so terrible in such a short span of time. Sincerely, buy another sectional with different material.

Poor quality

Poor quality. Seams are ripping and fabric is pilling after less than 6 months of use.

Extremely Comfortable

This couch is a dream. It provides so much space and it's very very comfortable with firm cushions that also shape with your body with a great bounce back. We spent over two months searching for the perfect couch and this one is it!

Missed the mark on quality

The seam was starting to come off right away to the point I had to buy couch covers. Even with the warranty pets make it worse and the insurance is a waste of money.

Do not purchase!

Purchased this sectional and have owned it for 1.5 years. 6 months into in the seam in the middle of the chaise started to tear and come apart. Macys went ahead replaced it under the warranty. Few months after having it the fabric over all started to pilling and looks like the fabric stretches out. Yes the pro is the sectional is affordable, comfortable and in my opinion aesthetically pleasing but for such a short time having it, falls apart!

Would not recommend

Starting with the positives - the couch was delivered on time and the delivery crew did a great job at setting things up. I like the shape and size of the couch too. Now for the negatives - the color in reality is much lighter than in the photos. I would hardly consider the color to be midnight. I was expecting a dark blue and it's more of a medium-shade. I have had the couch for just over a year (and my family doesn't sit on it much) and the fabric is pilling - so that means it has pilled without much wear and tear. Most disappointing is that there is a seam that runs straight across the top of the chaise cushion, and the seam has ripped open.
