A must have

My soon to be college daughter said she needed this Ninja blender. It wasn't a want, but was a "need". This is very functional and reduces the amount of storage you need if you bought two machines. It blends anything and makes your protein shakes smooth. I would recommend this to anyone.

Big for nothing

I was disappointed with this blender. It's awfully loud and doe not blend smoothly. I was replacing an Oster 14 speed blender that I have had for more than 12 years, which was still working excellently until my child broke the jug, and I couldn't find a replacement jug for it. That Oster's wattage is not anywhere compared to this Ninja 1400 watts, but it was more powerful. It worked better and was sure not this loud. The only positive side to this blender is the price. But, what good is the price if the product doesn't work as good?

Still haven’t received item

I placed an order back on December 3rd when this item was on sale. 5 days later, the item was placed on back order, and I was asked if I wanted to wait or cancel. I selected to keep the order open and wait. Fast forward to the last few weeks: this item has been available for order AND people have placed successful orders and received their item despite my order still needing to be fulfilled. After talking to customer service about the issue, I was told they would be contacting their warehouse to push my item to be shipped. It has since been in and out of being available and still no tracking, despite a friend of mine placing an order last week and receiving this exact blender before Christmas. Would really like my item shipped.

Worth the money!
