Love the Bag, not happy with how Macy's handled it

This is the perfect size for me. The color (green) is exactly as it's shown -- at least on my computer. The straps are really thin. I've no idea why you'd design a backpack, which can get heavy, with thin straps. My WORST complaint is about Macy's. They've kept this bag somewhere without its full stuffing, so it collapsed into unnatural lines. Shame on Macy's.
