Oiler sectional

This recliner is beautiful. I selected the Slate gray and the color is perfect and very comfortable.

Happy with our sectional

We have had the sectional for about 3 months and we are happy with it. It fits our whole family comfortably for movie night. Issues like the ones described in other reviews should be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. I always purchase in store so my furniture sales person can help with issues if they happen.

Love my new sofa

This sofa is SO comfortable! I love the way it looks in my living room and the lumbar support is amazing! The sales person Michael was so helpful and the white glove delivery by Hugo B and Armando M was exactly as stated. They were very careful with every piece, spoke with us regarding set up, made sure everything worked correctly, cleaned up and were out in minutes! Well done everyone!

Not right

Wanted to love it, but don’t. Somethings just off with ergonomics. I get neck pain, husband has back pain. Disappointed. I just sit elsewhere.

Olper sectional

We’ve had this furniture for less than six months and it looks like it has beef six years. It is pilling and worn. It is bumpy and uncomfortable to the touch. We purchased the No Worry Protection Plan, but they stated that it is not covered. It is so disappointing. We purchased furniture from Macy’s in the past and had great products and service, but this will be our last.

Great couch, love the recliners

Picked this couch out in the Macy’s furniture store after testing all of them on the showroom floor. I liked it better than the popular Hadley couch because I didn’t sink into this couch when I sat on it like you do on Hadley. It looks nice, doesn’t touch the wall when you recline in it, and is comfortable. I didn’t want to wait several months for a custom high performance material (ie waterproof), so I got the lighter color. Wish it were stain proof/waterproof, but I got the warranty package since just in case. If you like the feel of a supportive couch, you will love this one.

Disappointed

Had this couch about 2 weeks and it has already started getting very worn looking on fabric. Starting to pill so for that reason I am very disappointed I used a fabric shaver but I have to do this weekly I would not recommend this couch for they reason
