I was sent used shoes

I received my shoes used. They were dirty and visibly worn. I am so upset because I love them otherwise and needed them for a trip this week and now have to look for an alternative. I love Macy's but I'm so disappointed that they would allow a product to go out like that.

Not worth it

Ordered online during holiday season with promo offer. Shoes were clearly worn with dirty toe imprints on top front opening of shoe. It was not disclosed that I would be receiving a used item. Right shoe strap was stretched and didn’t stay around my heel when I walked. Unable to return/exchange d/t final sale policy. Overall disappointed.
